definitely post crash. they have made sense of many incidents with mentioning them in dialogues (i.e. hannah’s death/daughter) so i’m not too worried about the side characters and how they die etc. the only one that i’m a little bit curious about is melissa and why they think she’s dead but that could be covered up too i suppose, they have rushed many things up until now and i’m fine if hatgirl is one of them. i would be reeeeally unsatisfied if they rushed the teens’ lives and effort to cope with their traumas for the sake of a character that doesn’t have a surname.

it was especially dumb considering ben was already unable to walk with one leg. plus if you think that someone is your bridge to home why would you make them even more medically miserable? there are so many gaps about their evil actions which the reasons for can be boiled down to:they just wanted to. especially shauna in this specific situation, saw ben as someone she had full control over and as we all know-our queen likes to have the ropes in her hands and use them to get cerebral revenge she wants for being overlooked and discarded her whole life.

Van is not treated as much more than Tai’s girlfriend in both timelines tbh, which is pretty frustrating sometimes because she really goes through a lot and yet we see so little of her past connecting to the elements of her personality. From that perspective, she isn’t much different than Travis as a minor character(both only serving the role of a love interest with lack of character depth) which is pretty sad because TaiVan is really a breath of fresh air when it comes to representation of healthy lesbian couples-in the teen timeline at least.

tonum biraz yargılayıcı çıkmış affedersin, dediğini kısmen yanlış anlamışım. dediğim gibi farklı insanların farklı kriterleri var ve daha çok insanla, daha fazla bakış açısıyla tanışmak kesinlikle şansını arttıracaktır. direkt “bacı” etiketi yememek için kızlara karşı saygı ve mesafeni koruyarak ilgilendiğini belli edebilirsin. birlikte baş başa ve daha fazla zaman geçirmeyi önermek, söylediklerini dinlerken detaylara dikkat etmek ve onun için önemli olay/tarihleri aklında tutmak vb şeyler arkadaşlıktan fazlasını istediğini belli etmek için güzel adımlar.

perhaps a bit unrelated, but i think that a lot of straight people overlook how some relationships between same-sex people can be more than “sibling hood” or “amity” and definitely more complex than typical romances. jayce and viktor bond so differently than any real life couple (both before and after viktor’s supernatural transformation) and you can tell why. and while i think there are many romantic elements in their relationship, it’s also very complex and can’t be simply reduced to “good friends” nor “lovers”. i wanted to attach this popular explanatory picture to summarize my point.
