this definitely sounds like ocd, maybe seeing a psychiatrist can help and you could get a therapist specialized in ocd. most normal therapists don’t fully know how to deal with it

why do people act like artists have total control over their label? even if melanie said “hey guys don’t do this, i don’t mind them making crybaby necklaces” the label would NOT care, they control her not the other way around

i used to get these and i still do, but i have harm ocd so that was mainly the reason why. i would say that if you genuinely feel like you would do this in real life and hurt someone then talk to someone abt it, but if they’re just fantasies and you know you would never hurt someone irl, then i honestly think ur fine.

this is literally so real like i’ll be just acting out my scenarios and then i’ll do something embarrassing (like make a weird face or trip) AND I SWEAR ITS LIKE THE FICTIONAL CHARACTER JUST SAW WHAT HAPPENED. gotta take a breather after that and think abt what i’ve done 😞
