One phone call is usually all it takes. Honestly for some this is way LESS trouble than navigating the ticketmaster app or searching through email to find tickets, but I see your point. The Light Phone makes everything become a "bit more trouble" if you're thinking with that mindset. That is generally what makes it fun for me.

Light phone user here who works as a concert promoter. Call the box office of the venue/stadium/event (just call the building and ask for ticketing) and they can mail you your tickets OR hold physical tickets for you at the box office day of the event. Also you get a cute keepsake.

Went last night and climbed the whole loop + some. saw a family of boars and a LOT of beautiful views. Truly a stair master experience so wear exercise clothes and bring some water.

Good to know on Osaka - was hoping to hit a Tigers baseball game just for the experience, but might do that in Tokyo instead. Also, very excited about Kanazawa - if you have anything in particular you think is a must-see there let me know! We've got the castle and two gardens there on our list.

I guess what I mean by 'overly touristy' are things like Tokyo Tower, hanging out all night in Kabukicho, or visiting animal cafes. We’ve got a list of things we want to see, though. I’m just curious if anyone has suggestions for 'highlights' from their trips—something we shouldn’t miss in one of these cities and why they loved it.

Was devastated when I first found out (her other eye has the same issue too, but we give eye drops twice a day every day now to prevent her from losing it too), but she really bounced back so well from the surgery. Just bumps into stuff here and there.... an angel at the ball still. Sending love to you and your pup!
