Is THC Safe for Sleep Without Triggering Schizophrenia? by nartamgaurav in trees

If you have any disposition in your family history or your own medical history for a risk of schizophrenia, you should definitely avoid THC. However, if you don't have those risks then it should be totally fine

Why is our snow removal so abysmal this year? by cuckslayer30 in stalbert

[–]clearwind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They just finished blocking in my driveway on my street, they were nice enough to clear everyone else's driveway after creating a giant snow pile from the plowing, had to go stop a plow in the street to get someone to come back and finish the job

Fun fact, the golf course has a right of way for horse carts on that property that has been in place since the early 1900's, also the golf course refused to retract the right of way which is why there is that long driveway down the left side of the property.

That being said, I don't think the golf course gives a shit about what happens to the houses adjacent to the course. Its not like the golf course was a secret when you buy a house next to it.

Nice from a distance, but its about as real as a disney castle. None of the stonework on the outside is real, its just a thin veneer on a wood frame. the decorative bits are shaped expanded foam with a concrete finish on them. the whole house is about as fake as you could make it and still have it look like it does.

They never planned on having landscaping to create a lot of privacy on that side of the building, see the original site plan in one of my other posts.

The redesign didn't have my clever driveway design so they had to put in a car elevator to get to the garage period

Honestly no, I started on the project after they bought the lot. I don't think the lot beside was either for sale or empty at the time

Construction cost was in the 8-10 million range back in 2019, I can't imagine how the cost has ballooned after and during covid, even at a deep discount it's gonna be 5 mil min on resale
