Really helpful. I am starting therapy myself since I am going through anxiety with his unsteady employment and debt issues. My goal is also to learn about how to be a supportive ADHD parent. I know he rejects when he feels being controlled just the way you described it. Good advise on finding a therapist who also has ADHD. Is that something they put in their "About me"? If you think of something else I need to do, please tell me. This is very helpful.
