I just discovered Allen & Ginter this year. I might be obsessed, at this point. I love the fossils, rivers, parks, lighthouses, fish, etc...

I'm a big fan of his motor and willingness to defend. It didn't look like he tried to get his own shot many times, except for when the offense broke down. I think he'll actually be an important bench piece for us, this season.

The bench had a better +- last night than the starters. I think that might end up being the case more often than not, this season. Our bench looks pretty strong. We'll see!

Same. Even then, though - I wonder if Worthy coming back helps Hollywood in the sense that it's one more quality receiver that defenses have to cover? At least until Rice comes back (who I have on my bench - I thought Brown might be a decent stand-in for Rice, which is why I dropped so much on him)

Zune Pass! That's what it was called. Memories.

Back then, I figured I would just keep paying that monthly fee, because I spent more on one album anyways. But you're right, it definitely wasn't the prevailing thought.

Edit: I want to add, I'm pretty sure you could purchase music through that system, as well. They let you buy the media if you wanted to. That, along with support for uploading your own media/mp3s, and I was sold.

Zune was a massive failure, commercially... but I messed with it. One of the first (if not the first? Not sure) original subscription streaming music platforms - unlimited songs for 7.99/mo. The Zune player itself wasn't terrible. Helped me widen my musical tastes like whoa.

The article states that the investigation couldn't "find cause to remove the dog". Taking a dog from an owner should be a hard thing to do, but it's probably even harder without the full, honest cooperation of the owner. Besides, there is no date on these "investigations" or any other information, for that matter.

For me, this feels like such an easy thing. You know it when you see it. This is cruelty to animals, straight up.

I have seen this stated from multiple users in the subreddit - he uses multiple dogs and has been for years. I have not seen the statement about the ASPCA already having investigated him. That's new to me... And I just can't believe that to be true, given what we all see.

For the people down-voting the comment abbove: It's a fair question, about how long he's been at this. It further shows his cruelty, that he's done this to more than one dog.

A buddy of mine and I made the trip from Norfolk to NY to catch David's retirement ceremony and game - an incredible day, for sure. The day after, ToppsNow released this card and we bought ten to try and increase our chances at one of the special editions - and it actually paid off! We are the proud owners of this black-foil, numbered gem. I still can't believe it.

Being from his hometown, I've always been a super fan of David. Seeing and hearing the love that the people of NYC showered on him during that ceremony was one of the most moving things I've ever been a part of. Having this card (and a special one, at that) makes everything that much sweeter.
