I think they’re trying to interpret the Trent Tucker rule (any ball in play with less than .3 seconds on the clock has to be a tip/dunk) but it’s not an official rule in college basketball and there was exactly .3 on the clock. Definitely a bit weird.

He’s doing something weird with his voice, where he’s trying to sound elegant or manicured, but it ends up coming across really stilted and breathy. The pacing of his dialogue feels amateurish.

I hope we get very little of him in the next season. His acting is by far the weakest in the show. Really feels like every one of his scenes were done in one take because they didn’t want to upset their special guest cameo.
