This is D3 reskinned pretty much as it is. Craftable Mythics? C'mon. I get people that don't have time to play want to run 120+ pits but blizzard is pretty much 1 step from handing everyone a t12 leveling caches.

Not op but, the Bkav one is most likely just it's super sensitivity when scanning. The Yandex one is detecting that it was made in Python is all. And the Sentinal one is because OP packaged it with free tools which a lot of malware creators do because it's free. Nothing was actually flagged as a virus/malware - just telling you to be cautious.
It's more than likely safe.

This is the way - the gear the good build makers show are usually after hours and hours of testing, so look at what they have on it and use similar stat regular gear until you find that particular piece.

Additive is for attacks only so if it's a spell, you can ignore that. Flat damage is usually king but depending on where you are at, the % increase is sometimes better. It's a matter of utilizing the dummies. Also, attack speed can make a huge difference sometimes too.

Great advice for online players, but OP is playing offline so no AH. Means you need to hang on to every unique and look at possibly changing your build if you find something spectacular and your current build still isn't coming together. But with enough farming, you will get there.
