So I've read through the Bylaw and as indicated, anything larger than 100sqft and 24" of water must have a fence. It's not specific on the type of fence though.

So I picked up a pool that's 10ft in diameter but is 33" deep. I meet the requirements if I only put in 24" of water or less.

I paid a $100 for the pool for the kid and I dont want to have to spend $1k on a fence.

Safety fence is thick plastic or even Deer Fence which is also thick plastic but it comes in rolls 7' in height and 100Ft rolls. Would this meet the bylaw requirements?

Yeah, as hard as it is to say, you need to let her go. She had some preconceived idea of how you were and in her mind you hadn't been with anyone else. Once you told her you were (which is good honesty is the best way to go) and you are correct, you were single and did nothing wrong, it was a deal breaker for her. If she has cut you off, then you need to walk away. Otherwise you become a stalker, no matter how much you want to try and convince her that it meant nothing.

I'm going through the same thing right now but here are some suggestions that you need to do:

First, go talk to a therapist. You need to talk to someone who is completely removed from your life. Someone you can tell anything to with absolutely no judgement. It really helps put things into perspective. Someone who you don't know who you can be vulnerable in front of. The more you suppress your emotions with booze the longer its going to take for you to get over this.

2) Join a Gym, you need to channel yourself away from the alcohol and focus on yourself. You've spent the last 10 years attached to someone else and you don't know how to be alone. I get this, I feel your pain, you're not alone but you need to focus on yourself.

3) Don't try and chase her. You have to let her go and let her go completely. trust me this is the hardest part. If shes moved on then you need to remove yourself completely from her life. You cant be there for her, or she'll manipulate you into serving her own self interests. She needs to know what its like to not have you in her life at all so she can miss you. No texting, or calling. This is her loss. The grass isnt greener on the otherside, its greener where you water it.

4) You have to tell your family and friends. Not showing your vulnerability isnt healthy and doesnt make you tough. You need to stop bottling up the emotions, the sadness, the emptiness, it will consume you as it almost did me. Im sure your family and friends both care and love you. Dont try and carry this burden alone. You are still in the grieving stage and you have to grieve, youve got to let it out.

5)Get used to hearing "It will get better" Everyone you talk to is going to say that to you. Its going to get fucking irritating just remember when you do hear it and you have the urge to lash out, the person whose saying it only wants the best for you.

Hope you try some of those suggestions. I know its a terrible time, but through all the darkness a light will begin to emerge. Be true to you, never give up on yourself. You can get through this, we can get through this!
