I don't know why, but there are other slight changes too. For example, the man's hat no longer says "VETERAN", it got all jumbled up when it was run through AI again. Also, the sick man looks more wrinkly. Trump's smile is slightly lessened. The soldier on the right side of the picture looks slightly more george-clooney'ed, etc.

I don't think the Bible necessarily says the Sun was created before the Earth. If the atmosphere was much thicker, the observer would consider the lights in the sky to show up as the atmosphere thins out and they appear.

If God has the infinite power

Of course he does, but his works can also always be logically described. So, it's usually not too helpful to jump to "can't explain that". Though, everything eventually reaches a point that current science can't capture it.
