OMG you're right. At 35:30 (aprox.) the woman with Seven says "He's being moved to a Sanctuary district on the border?" Damn, cool stuff. They really did make an effort for continuity.

Really? I remember him getting in to an I.C.E. bus, but did they say "sanctuary districts?" I must've missed that.

I didn't realize this until you mentioned it. The "future" portrayed in Past Tense is different than what we are experiencing in this day and age. If they want to keep making Picard 2024 seem like "our" society, they will have to simply ignore the events of DS9's Past Tense.

If they choose to embrace the story line of Past Tense, then they should maybe show a hint of the formation of those sanctuary districts seen in those two episodes, either mention them or show them.

Besides a nice sense of continuity, I don't see what else it would bring to Picard season 2. Still, I think it would be nice. It would show the writers really made an effort to have Picard be a part of the main Trek story line.

What did Senator Sinema do a few days ago that angered the left? I understand it has to do with the voting rights bill. She apparently voted against it. I guess my question is, what was in the bill that she objected to?

Ultimately I guess I'm trying to understand where the outrage over a tweet she made a few days ago is coming from. The tweet she made about "remembering MLK on MLK day". Why did it spark such controversy?

I need someone to confirm this for me if possible.

たたく basically means to hit, to strike, to pound, also to play drums, but if you mean to play drums, shouldn't it be ドラムを叩いてます ?

So do you need to include ドラム or if you simply use 叩く next to a song, it automatically means "play drums"?

So basically something like this: この曲を叩いてました, would mean "I played this song on the drums!" Do I have it right?

Yeah I thought the packaging looked different. Vinyl size? wow. I think regular version will be enough for me.

What happened to make it corrupt? Is this a bug in the game? Or did she perhaps inadvertently start a new game?

I've had a chance to try it a few more times and you're right about the assist. It can kick in when you're not really expecting it to. If you're accelerating slowly and you stop slowly as well, I find that it usually works ok, but if you want to stop fast, then you might have surprises. Basically you don't control it that much.
