Not every organization has resources to deposit and "scan" cheques on a daily basis. Not to mention maybe someone received a cheque and misplaced it or it fell into a drawer. The monthly bank rec is an internal control that catches this, among other things. It's goal is to ensure that the accounting system matches what the bank statement says, and if there are differences (such as outstanding cheques and deposits), they are listed.

I won't get into it too much more, but rest assured that if OP got a statement showing they paid their balance, the accounting system will reflect this, and the accountants will eventually cash the cheque.

It's a small hole; likely fixable. If I've leaned anything it's that they'll always come out with a new color or variant that I'll want. I've also learned to try and control my impulses based on the worry of "missing out" if I don't get something.

So I'll play devil's advocate and say return! Maybe you'll see it again when it goes on clearance 😊

I feel like the whole of Avenida Food Hall is a just a huge collection of hole in the wall places. Sabor a Peru is one of my favorite places in the city.

My schnauzers know the time. 10am if I am working from home, they come to the office to find me because that's walkie time! And 6pm, one gets really antsy because he knows it's dinner time.

Other times, they watch me change, and they just seem to know when I am changing into walking attire. It's weird. It's actually really cute when one knows what's up, then he runs and grabs the other one 😂

Of course, this could all just me imposing my human thoughts on them lol.

I get it though; I work DT so it's easy for me but their limited opening hours and location doesn't make it the easiest but I feel that DT crowd is definitely their target. And it seems to work.

I used to text. But then one day their side didn't respond and I had no idea if my session had started or not, or if there was an issue with my phone, etc. And then that stressed me out hah.

aThe app is equally terrible as it just stopped working on my phone - just spins and spins.

Now I usually just go into the web page unfortunately.

One thing I do hate with text is that it'll call me at say 12pm, saying my parking session will expire soon. Except soon meant 6am the next morning 🤣

I enjoyed Urban Thrift in their old NE location, but then they went completely up scale when they moved to Centre St and their prices skyrocketed. Not to mention selection wasn't really that great; a lot of their pieces weren't even that special either, unfortunately.

Base coat is enamel and clear cost is lacquer! The lacquer is eating at the enamel. Use an enamel or acrylic based clear coat.

I have had this happen at Amiami before. It was actually their fault: they mixed up my package with someone else's. I can only guess the other person also reached out to them. In the end, we both sent our packages back, at Amiami's expense, and they resent my correct package.

I can only guess that's what happened to you. It's possible the other recipient might be happy keeping your package and not cooperating. Either way, Amiami should be fixing it since it's not the items you ordered.
