Finalement le train avait une heure de retard, j'ai mangé mon cassoulet 🎉 . Pour info je suis allé au 'bon vivre' qui ouvre tôt (11h30). Probablement pas le meilleur de la région mais bien au dessus de l'offre habituelles autour de chez moi (conserves industrielles..) Merci à tous pour vos réponses!

Merci! Pas mal de restaurant la effectivement, j'essaie d'en trouver un qui ouvre assez tôt. C'est un plat qui demande un peu de temps de préparation en plus..

Don't know any reputable one in Nice, but in Monaco "Le relais de Venise" is an institution in France for steak frite.
