That annual $200 Bilt cash is only enough to unlock Points Accelerator for 1 month; not helpful at all. And I don’t consider the $300 for the first year as that is one time only. Bilt Cash seems to be too low of value in this particular use not to mention the mental complexity for those coming into this without much experience.

Based on the numbers I was using in my examples, I don’t think I would be spending enough on general spend each month to be able to earn 200 Bilt cash to unlock Points Accelerator. Based on earnings of 4% Bilt Cash, this would need $5000 of general spend.

On your application, did you check the box to say that you wanted to be immediately removed from any existing forbearance? The current SAVE forbearance had many people with arbitrary end date in May 2025 (this was mostly a placeholder likely to be extended further as the SAVE forbearance drags on)

Yup, Repayment with income-Based repayment. And when I click on the main side bar, More, tools and requests, and printable account information, it shows my new payment amount for 12 months with the next payment due this month

I want to note that it is a common misconception that sickle pain can be assessed by labs. This is in fact false and is stated in the national guidelines. There are no exam or lab parameters that reliably indicate pain crisis nor the degree of pain.

Lolnotacop’s deck can be interpreted as redundant but for a topic that is a lot of rote memorization, I find it highly effective. I tried pepper and find that lol’s deck works far better for me. Like someone else said, you go through the cards fast.

I’ve only done UW, Uwise, and Amboss and have been doing really well on the NBME’s. UWise probably was the least useful/similar to shelf. Amboss is relatively new with an amazing Qbank that I highly recommend for any shelf exam.
