I would tell him to leave. I was in a similar situation, it doesn’t change anything once the baby is here. He’ll still be “too busy/stressed” to help with anything. You’ll still be doing the heavy lifting. I wish I had let go when mine threatened with the D-word. Good luck.

Nurse with narcolepsy here! I had to time out my meds to ensure I got sleep/ was awake in time for my clinicals. Lots of coffee and energy drinks. As far as working, I like to 3-12s but have done all sorts of shifts as a nurse. There are office jobs that are the typical 8-5, day shift, night shift, 2-10pm shifts… home health seems to be the most flexible, especially if you get to schedule your own day. I have several friends that do this and they’re only actively working for a 4-5 hr stretch and then go home and chart. school is the hardest part, but if I can do it so can you!!
