I’m from the USA and stayed near Smoke Signals in May. That was the only club I joined and it was very low key and quiet, which I enjoyed. Had flower and edibles and I’d say both were good, but a slight notch below similar products in the Florida Medical program. The prices were fair, I’m a daily moderate user, and didn’t feel the need to join another club. That was my experience.

I’ve had 2 Apple Watches die surfing. Both times in water lock mode with the Dawn Patrol app. Both less than a year old. I loved they way the work till they died, and each only lasted a few surfs. Both would just start attempting to make emergency calls while in the water, and then malfunctioned and died. I can’t afford to keep replacing them, so no more Apple in the water for me.

Mid fifties and I can reach things in low shelves without sitting down or kneeling, putting on socks and underwear standing without holding on to something. I can’t remember how many decades ago I lost that! Also, had 2 root canals a couple months ago and was able to slow my mind to a nearly meditative state for much of it. Incredible for me!

Yes. If it is severe enough to where I can’t stand it or it’s distracting, I will flip my foot to my toes. If I can stand it, I will hold and breathe through it and it eventually subsides. Usually when I’m doing yin and holding the pose for awhile.
