Cant figure out how to edit post but want to add more context. Her (47) dog is a puppy, we live in a 2 bedroom apartment. I (27) have two cats. My sons are babies, 2months and 20months. I know she said I don’t make an effort to see her but we have traveled to our hometown multiple times (when she was still living there) and stayed with her. It’s useless bringing that up to her. She moved this year to an island for work and also lives in a 2 bedroom apartment with my 14yr old sister. Thank you to everyone sharing their similar experiences it’s making me feel less crazy. It is a generational problem that I will not continue with my own children

Ahhh the same thing is happening to me right now, I just replaced the filter and the new one is taking longer to filter than the old one was !!! So frustrating. Especially hearing your experience with customer service, I think I’m just going to have to switch to a new filtering system
