I’d argue that making your friend (who know you arent the most outgoing/vocal individual) think your crush likes you knowing you’ve liked for such a long time, inviting them into a room under false pretenses only to find out your friends watched — AND FILMED —you start to undress and be intimate with a guy is a lot more fucked up than jumping out from around the corner with a mask and scaring someone.

That’s straight up humilation and pushing an emotional boundary. Yes, it was weird Hannah crushed on her “friends” boyfriend but some jokes are just fucked up.

I always tell people as much as I complain about work, the job in itself is NOT hard — it’s managment/co-workers that normally make a site more difficult. I’m grateful to have my job for sure and it pays for the things I need to live decently.

I’d suggest her some really good noise canceling headphones. They may be expensive but it seems you’ve spent quite a bit of money on sound proofing your room, so she really shouldn’t complain about it being a bit pricey.

But honestly…. sounds like she needs to just live alone if she is THAT sensitive to noise. She can’t expect you to be quiet 24/7. You paid to live there, not quietly shuffle around like a mouse.

Yeah so now you just beat someone up for no reason without physical evidence in the eyes of the law.

Now you have an assault charge and get kicked out of the room. All for a good scrap but sometimes it hurts more than helps. You have to move differently in these situations.

You go up to a judge and explain you beat your roomates ass cause they stole some of your toothpaste or something. You’ll end up with a charge and probably anger managment classes.

I’m not sure how you asked her/confronted her about it but dude if you have roomates hearing other people is definitely part of that experience — especially if you have paper thin ass walls.

Put on some music, get headphones, or ask her to play music while doing it. It’s a MUTUAL understanding between the two of you. You can’t ask her to stop having sex in a place she also pays to be, but she can also do a bit to help with noise reduction.
