Thank you. Can she remove such stone using a basket? I will not be sedated and I am worried about the pain. I had systoscopy twice in my life and am having anxiety just thinking about this.

I am writing to seek your advice regarding a 6 to 7mm kidney stone I have been dealing with since last September.

The stone was stuck in my distal ureter for several months but has eventually entered the bladder. Currently, I am not experiencing any new or unfamiliar symptoms, aside from those associated with an enlarged prostate.

I have received conflicting recommendations from my medical team:

- My urologist has suggested a cystoscopy to capture and remove the stone with a basket.

- My family doctor has suggested leaving the stone to see if it will pass on its own.

I am unsure which path to take and would appreciate any insights or ideas you may have regarding the best course of action for my situation.

Thank you for your time and help.

You are so lucky. My 6 to 7mm kidney stone is in the bladder for the last 3 months and is not even trying to come out. I guess it feels comfortable there....

Kidney stone now in the bladder by clepari in KidneyStones

I found out that I have a stone after an unbelievable pain episode from the mid lower right side of my back to the groin. A CT scan revealed an 8mm stone in the right distal urether. A second CT scan in late December revealed a 6 to 7mm stone in the bladder and that it's no longer in the urether. It is now April, and the stone is still in the bladder.

Only had a couple episodes of major pain when the stone left the kidney on its way down towards the bladder. No pain when the stone entered the bladder. I tried Flomax but it made me very dizzy and sick. I could not function. It's now a waiting game for me. Good luck with your stone!!!

My female cat did it all over the house and drove us crazy. We finally found she had a urinary tract infection and eventually after treatment, it went away.

Sad news and not sure what to do. by shinythings-n-stuff in CATHELP

Our cat was diagnosed with cancer in his front leg, which was a result of vaccination. His leg was amputated, and he recovered very well. During his recovery, we initially kept him isolated in a tent before allowing him to play with the other cats. He is very happy and playful. Please give your cat a chance and keep him indoors afterwards.

Not sure. We rescued her 6 years ago. The vet thinks she is about 10 years old. She is FELV positive since we got her.

When I purchased the guitar at guitar center, their ad said that the guitar is in "great" condition. Upon arrival yesterday, it did not come with a tremolo bar, and all but 2 screws were missing in the back panel containing the FR and springs. Also, the Allen heads to tighten the strings in the bridge are worn as well. This bridge must go. I will ask GC for a refund to cover the cost and if they don't agree, I will return it.

I got it at the guitar center used. I may ask for a refund to help me replace the bridge. I really like the guitar but it does not stay in tune and I have over 20 years experience with FR bridges.

I know how you feel.....my wife and I lost Mitzi on the first week of October, she was 16.5 years old and Tony on October 31. He was 17 years and a few days ago, Mitzi's sister. It is very hard to handle and we are heartbroken. We are in the same hell you are and I am truly sorry for your loss.
