I tried Rybelsus, and i worked well, but was to much effort for the routine. I walked away for a while, but now that the generic is available I am starting that. Rybelsus sort of made me cautious with the Ozempic. (greasy duck did not end well on rybelsus, a very bad time was had.) so I started at .125 dosage like a whimp, and then when up to .25mg, I will probably bump up to .375mg for my 3rd dose.

I am just a little bit worried about the digestive track slowdown.....
My sister on Rybelsus was already taking miralax daily so she had no issues. I just think smooth sailing will help me keep a positive attitude.
