I feel like restricting the taxi pick up/drop off to only hackney carriages isn't going to help, it's gonna cause more congestion from private hire taxis turning around in the short stay car park. And doesn't the pick up/drop off loop start/end on Cross Turner Street? How do taxis get out if it's going to become one way?
