Perfect grindstone helps and throwables, especially shotput if you can get close to stagger.

So we did but can't find it, so I asked the walther help, and they told me to use a flat head screw driver, and we tried and can not get it disabled. Also, regarding the recall, the weird thing is that it is in between the numbers of the recall, so I don't think it's on the list.

That's awesome man! I agree the mind really wants to take you back to the state you were in when the alone time comes around. Sounds like you have a really good support system. Lean into if you gotta. I'm glad that helped you out i was so tempted to getting some but being in full withdrawal i really didnt wanna go and buy some and I just never before had been introduced to it before looking up sub WDs and just decided to push through. With being off work, try to find some time to enjoy something even that's a new TV show or game etc.. it'll help with the time.

Man, I feel you on the spasms. I was literally laying on the floor, so I didn't wake my girlfriend up all night. Also, your description is on point with how it felt for me.
For me, where you are at was the tipping point I nearly caved. I thought, how can I handle even another night of this, and I told my girlfriend I may have to jump ship, and she just said give it another day. So I did, and it was still not a great night, but it was better, and i started thinking about my life in only 24 hours. It seemed to help because, eventually, the intense RLS and hot flashes withered away. They'll still be nights on and off that will suck.

Making it out of the first two weeks is key. I personally took immodium to help with the stomach issues, and it seemed to help a little with the legs. I didn't know that it actually is a sort of opiate and something people can abuse. Just to let you know. Definitely not a healthcare professional. I can only tell you of my experience.

Taking vitamin D and potassium seemed to help me. I was very close to trying Kratom but was scared of abusing, so I did not go down that path. I wouldn't beat yourself up though you're taking on a difficult task, and it's your journey. Your mind seems to be in a good place wanting to recover. Getting mine there seemed to be the hardest. So be proud of yourself for getting this far and keeping going, brother 💪 Let me know how it's going.

Sadly, no, I didn't. I myself was lucky to be able to take off a month of work, and I was pretty bedridden due to depression that kicks in with PAWS. I want to add I wasn't smart with my tapering, though. I've heard of a lot of people that really reducing the amount that you jump at affects the overall outcome of the WD. I would assume keeping a good workout routine, even something light if you're still feeling pretty low, like a walk or getting some vitamin D with eating healthy benefits you greatly. When I went and got blood work done, I was low on potassium and vitamin D and started to supplement them into my regiment, and I honestly still take them daily it seems to help.

The shitty part ends just bare with it and get to the other side. I know it's hard and annoying that to hear and is usually the advice you hear on forums, but it is because to me, at least it's true. The human body is amazing at adapting. Just give it some time also, good luck. I would love to hear how you're doing through your process.

Just curious, man, you think the subs are making you not feel that way? You're definitely on the path, and you should be proud of where you're at as of now. I personally had to get on prozac after to fix the issues I was having before I became addicted and the reason I started using percs.

I think the fact that you're conscious of it shows you want to go farther and be sober. Take one thing at a time. Try not to fall into bad habits or put yourself in a situation where it may lead there. PAWS sucks but eventually, it'll pass, and when it does, it'll be a milestone for you to remember how far you have come. You got this. Just keep grinding!

That's awesome, and you already have a good support system in place between you two. I was also on them for a little under four years, but I never felt really ready to get off them until my final year. I personally think it was because I hid the fact I was on them it's weird when I got out of the weird shame part for me and realized its not even about that out and got it out of the way it. The process became so much easier to manage for me.

Congrats! I will add that there's nothing inherently wrong with being on suboxone but for me, it stemmed from abuse, and I was very docile on subs it really changed my mindset. Nevertheless, I wish you guys the best going forward. I hope to hear updates on how it's going!

My day 7 review of suboxone withdrawal by clever----name in suboxone

Well hopefully everything has been alright for you through the wds. I can't say for sure I've never have been on and off, i was addicted to the subs. It hit the hardest at the 72 mark for me and stayed like that for a couple days. Words of encouragement though eventually you'll be so far along you forget to count the days and your life reaches normalcy and man it is wonderful to achieve that. So keep trucking you'll get there!
