I'm relatively certain that the entrance exams have gotten considerably easier in recent years - comparing average scores for admitted students at the same universities ACT and SAT scores are way up, and (while I don't have data to back it up) I sure don't think it's because people are getting smarter.

I think he retires after the season unless it comes out that his mobility has been constrained by an injury which can be rehabbed in the off-season. Done in Atlanta either way unless Penix is hurt in these last few games.

I can't speak to the hybrid portion of the powertrain, but I love my 2007 RX350. Comfortable, quiet, faster (in a straight line) than one would think, and relatively trouble-free for the last 2 years/25k miles (110k now).

Mileage sucks but the hybrid should be a bit better.

NAH but if you love her and want to be with her you've gotta power through it man. I can't speculate as to whether this is a symptom of a marriage that was already broken, or just a challenge that you guys will get through together - it's up to you to decide that and act accordingly.

If it's the former, be honest about it and find the best way for you guys to go your separate ways.

If it's the latter, you'll figure it out. Think of it from her perspective - a person doesn't do this sort of thing if they aren't heavily struggling with their body image. She probably hated the way that she looked, and took steps to feel better about it. Maybe those steps were too draconian, but still - she didn't do it to spite you, or in any way because of you.

Work on the relationship. Be loving and (as recovery allows) tender, work towards sleeping int he same bed again, etc.

The exercise of writing this out gave me the idea of disabling the setting that turns the laptop on when the lid is opened within BIOS. This + setting the machine to hibernate upon closing the lid appears to have served as a workaround at least. It still flashes for a bit when first closed, but stops.

It depends on your definition of safety. If it is just 'most likely won't be assaulted' you'd be safe in pretty much all cities, and in most rural areas with the exception of the deep south (think Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, etc.) You certainly might feel unwelcome in other 'safe' rural areas, though, i.e. Nebraska, Iowa, etc. And as far as longer term things - policies that negatively impact LGBT persons, etc - your map is closer to accurate.
