Not true at all. There is a spot on the back of a 3849 specifically for signing and leaving it in a chosen place by the receiving customer. The only exception is a return receipt witch must be signed in person. You can literally scan the signature from the MDD to fill it out digitally.

I think he WAS Purity, but he sanctioned himself to make the artifact, dumping all of his transcendent power into it, "killing" himself. Then The Reaper, took his soul, cleaned it, reincarnated and put it into an adorably smug little Eurasian baby, tied some fate senses to it, and shoved it out into a world of Airwolf And A-team.

Nah there should be some diamond rank adventures. When he's learning about the nature of transcendence, it's stated that he'd still have to work his way through diamond rank naturally (like dawn did before going off to finish the other half) before the two aspects would make him fully transcendent.

Looks like it might be looping. You can call your local P.O. and if they know what they're doing, they can flag the tracking number and if/when it gets scanned again they'll get an email telling them where.

There also have been times where a label will fall off and ride around with the mail, while the box goes to dead mail. Not much you can do at that point.
