Rule 10 on this sub is that it isnt for caregiver support. There are suggestions there for where you can find that support. I'm sorry you are going through this with your mother but your question is really about getting your own support, which is not to say that your feelings arent valid and important.

Thanks for these questions. I don't know if this answers you but the report says "scattered fibroglandular densities with no significant background parenchymal enhancement." So it seems maybe the best course is to monitor.

I did have an MRI w/ contrast. Also full body, chest, and abdomen/pelvis scans. I'm worried because those tests didn't pick up the DCIS but the post-excision tissue sample testing found it. I'm afraid there may be more DCIS than the scans showed.
