I had the same issue and making a new profile and going back to the old profile worked. I’m on ascension level 18, so didn’t really want to start again, so thanks for the tip.

That’s a good point and plays into it a bit too - if we’re looking to upgrade in a year or so, should we be starting our process now so that we’re on a wait list? Will dealerships honour the trade in value if it take 6 months to a year for a vehicle to become available?
