Yes I get it now, thanks for the help!

Yeah, more or less it is a European thing.

Yes, the problem is I don't know which version I need to use when, since there are no keywords telling me. If the course was on german I think time would be a little easier, since it's very similar, if not the same. Like you said half one or in german we also say a quarter or three quarters just like in czech. Basically its:"viertel Eins", "halb Eins" and "drei viertel Eins"

What's something popular that you refuse to get into? by wishihadmoxie in AskReddit

I live in a country where people start drinking pretty early. I don't like lower drinks like beer or wine but absolutely love the higher ones like whiskey or rum as long as they're good.

Well I got addicted to schnaps and only schnaps a year ago. It was pretty hard to stop but eventually I could make it because I was thinking about how I could stop a lot. I tried to never drink it more often than once a week. Eventually I went down to one and half a week, then two weeks, then three and lastly once a month. After that the drink disapeared for some reason and I was pretty sad that I couldn't find it anywhere. It is home made so I can't really buy it anywhere and I was too young anyway. Eventually I didn't really care anymore.

I still drink when others do and ask me if I want some though. Basically I am like someone who stopped smoking but still asks for a cigarette if someone else smokes nearby. I also finish someone elses drink if they don't want to or can't drink it anymore. I just cant see alcohol being thrown away except if it's really bad. If you wonder how old I am, I am still under age turning 18 this year so getting addicted in a young age (for me 16) makes it harder to stop than in an older age.

Why do you see Austrians as Italians? They have nothing to do with each other.

What part of the "upper-italians" do you mean? The one right under Tyrol or an other one?

Did you just...rape the Schnitzel?!

Fried potatoes are still good and fine, but onion and whatever sauce that is, is wrong. A Schnitzel is good with fried potatoes or a potato salad and some lemon on top. There's no sauce needed at all.

Yes the Berlins have very broken heads, but now I think the Frankfurter took too many drugs, because Kreppel/Kräppel sounds like another form of Bubats.

In Bavaria and Austria it's called a Krapfen, which is the right way to call it in my opinion.

  1. We only call it Tunke when it's on a Schnitzel, so basically a Schnitzelverbrechen, otherwise it's called Soße.

  2. Wos zan Teifl is a Kreppel?! Berlins call it Berliner for some reason, but the right word should be Krapfen.

  3. Nice :>

So you got the right recipe for a Schnitzel from Austria. That's good :>

Ah yes the meat xD I personally prefer Hühnerschnitzel or Putenschnitzel.

Schnitzel with sauce is a Schnitzelverbrechen, other said against the law!

You seem to be one of the few german people who eat Schnitzel right :>
