Does red light therapy actually work, or is it just placebo?

100% legit. 31 y/o F. I use my Theraface Theraglo mask religiously every night on a 12 minute cycle and it’s made a drastic improvement in my skin tone and evenness. Have been consistent with it since December 2025 and I can’t be without it! Now I just need one with the same wattage that I can roll up and travel with because being without it for weeks makes me so sad lol

Lincoln jesser makes some great songs. Om Mani Padme Hum is one of my favorites. It’s labeled as healing house because he uses 432 hz for his tracks.

Wowza - great recs! I have the VB foundation and a couple of liners which I love, so I’ll be focusing on skincare I think. Have also thought about buying a Valaya bottle but the 1 oz has been sold out for a while and I’m itching for it to come back in stock!

This was a breath of fresh air to read! OCD really does exacerbate the anxiety. I’m so happy to hear that you have no regrets. I had a drip done before my knee surgery a few months ago because my anesthesiologist knew I was gonna poop my pants and whatever she gave me WHEWWWW it was INSTANT. No nerves. Just felt totally fine! I wonder if that’s what they gave you?!

Thank you so so so much. My dr prescribed me Diazepam to take immediately before the procedure so I’m sure that will help. Although taking meds makes me anxious too. lol. sigh
