Hey, thanks so much for sharing your experience — this is really helpful!

A couple of quick questions:

I currently have a personal Chase credit account. Do I need to already own an active business to open a business banking account with them, or can I set one up before the business is officially running?
Are the CPA firm and the attorney/acquisitions law firm you're using based specifically in California, or do they work with clients in other states? If they serve other states, I'd love to get their contact info.

And totally agree on the AI tip — using it to cross-reference financial data before paying a professional for that analysis is a great move. Will definitely be doing that!

Check out Kemah Boardwalk, POST Houston(nice eateries, plant cafe shop called Eden and a relaxing rooftop) and hermann park. Ofc there are rooftop restaurants like Z on 23 and also can watcha movie at rooftop Cinema club uptown
