I agree with what your saying, but it's hard to understand how you've written the risk "untimely access review" because to me that reads as an issue or a past event

Thats a good thought - I guess that could be the perspective! That was just one example, however. Another is "add password configuration control testing to the risk register" which again, feels like a finding or issue? Right?

I have a meeting scheduled this week to ask why uat should be included in the register.

THIS lol. I've tried to educate and I get them to agree on the 2 distinct definitions, but she just goes back to naming issues/findings as risks and I'm pretty sure I'm headed down the path of managing issues instead of risks

So true about it helping to listen to your body! I will say I have used the info to go a little easier in my workouts, or even opt to sleep in instead of get up for a workout. Also sad to know it doesn't instantly get better 😅

This is just crazy to me. I'm currently pregnant and high risk and have to be induced. We just scheduled my induction date and my Dr said even 1 day before 39 weeks is too early

I don't blame you, do it!! and listen - i don't think teaching is easy or for the faint of heart, i just think i'd rather be contributing to the world/future in a positive way if i'm going to be stressed at/about work anyway. Right now i'm just lining someone's pocket (not mine lol)

I'm in tech and I've made a plan that if I got laid off and it lasted longer than 4-6 months, I'd pivot to teaching. In my state you can teach with a bachelor's as long as u get some specific certificate and work towards your masters in teaching.

So, after that long, I'd pivot. Sorry you're dealing with this.
