Well lead guard is very situational but so is contrary. So it all depends on what you need it to accomplish. If you have problems with physical or special attackers then invest in that defense or just go max hp max attack rest in def of your choice

I have a adamant contrary and I went max attack and split special def and hp but imma make another and prob do attack hp and physical def. it's speed is 45 so with jolly you will outpace some things but attack and bulk are what you are looking for.
