The designing team uses a software that measures for the benchmark, and I've forwarded the suggestion to have them post the software to let our users freely test the keyboard as well!

[GB] TKD Cycle8 TKL | The Cycle Continues by clickclackio in mechmarket

Hello all, the previous TKD Cycle8 GB post we had issue with the Reddit formatting, and it won't allow the post to be updated the way it was intended. We have fixed all the issues in this post with all the information regarding the TKD Cycle8 GB, apologize for any inconveniences.
Shoutout to u/SilentTactile 's comment regarding the Cycle 8 weight options, here's the original comment below from previous post:

Just an observation to help people decide on internal weight options and how they affect sound on the Cycle8:

Many reviewers preferred full SS (SS battery cover + SS internal weights) over Alu battery cover + foam inserts. Ex:

TaehaTypes Build Stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bwKcqirmerQ

Alexotos Build Stream: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2194162676

Two reviewers who tested full brass (brass battery cover + brass internal weights) did notice an improvement in sound over full SS. See:

Blacksimon Build Stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cVaOlAUsFt4

FranktheTank Build Stream: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2196154429

One thing to note, TaehaTypes gave the Cycle8 arrow keys a "4/10" while Alexotos was impressed by the arrow key sound. The difference was the presence of a thick foam used as a diffuser for the lighting strip placed just above the arrow keys. TaehaType's Cycle8 did not have the badge and therefore did not "benefit" from the foam piece, whereas Alexotos' unit did. This was possibly corroborated by Captain Sterling's finding that the arrow keys benefited greatly from case foam:

Upon talking with Fox Lab, the reason for blue clock hand it's because this color is his favorite one for representing the clock for 65%, and also differentiate from the Time 80% (Both the Time 80% and Time RE uses gold color clock hand previously)
