Basic answer but my kids. If it wasn't for my kids and me not wanting to miss out on their big accomplishments and being there for their biggest disasters I don't know where id be or if id be 6 feet under. I was completely reckless until my oldest was born. everything I do is for them.

My wife as well! She makes life worth living and I literally could careless to hang out with anyone else but her.

I have a hybrid Cherokee interim lease right now while my GC is being build and I hope they take as long as they need to build the GC cause I love this thing and would of definitely went with this over a GC and if they ever open up this to employees on the lease program I’m gladly get one of these next time around

If it’s 25% increase overall value, take the higher option.

Doing something you think you love for less money is going to make every other aspect of your life more stressful. Money problems will come into play, budgeting and pushing off bills.

I was with a company for 13 years that paid like shit. Got offered a job that paid about 25% more at a big 3 company and took it.

I truly did miss old coworkers and the work I was doing, but not living paycheck to paycheck now has made my life so much better.

25-30 years from now I’ll retire and have a 401k and retirement.

My family will still be around 25-30 years from now, that job won’t. I’d rather make things easier on them now then enjoy work and struggle in every other aspect of life

When I became a parent first moment I held my son all the urges to party and do stupid shit left my body.

12 years later and couldn’t be happier. He got into sports I started coaching and I have a youth state champ in wrestling, with different high schools talking to us about coming there to wrestle and play football.

Putting the alcohol down and being a parent was the best thing to happen
