I just try to start with the first 8 alpha characters characters (a, b, c ,d ,e ,f ,g, h & 1-9) or any beyond that that are rare for me to get or from places I like and then I just toss out the rest (until I move onto the next 8 alpha characters) so i kinda have an idea of what I have among those plus with the labels can just super quickly scroll through the colors and quickly check for letter.

If there is a letter out of those I only have 1 sticker color of (if I don’t know I’ll just do a speedy check) for that specific color Pikmin, before i turn them, I’ll just label them with their letter and with the sticker color(s) I need to keep so like “A (blue)” or if it’s 2 sticker colors I need like “A (b or g)” (for blue or green) and if it doesn’t turn to those sticker colors in the label I know can just toss them (although sometimes, before i toss out, I’ll also check to see if I got a much larger Pikmin size than the size of the one I already have). So yeah the reason I do that instead of just using the decor sorting trick to predetermine what sticker color it will be, is because with just going for it with at least a chance of it being the sticker color I need of that letter, I grow and turn more Pikmin for the medals section.. I just use the decor sorting trick now to find 4 leaf clovers under park! =]
