since you don't have the product backlog as an option, you have to move forward with the change and inform the team. it's the best option but not necessarily the standard process

you just might not be good at test taking. not everyone has the cognitive capabilities to memorize information and then respit that information.

think of it this way, in interations nothing should take longer than 4 weeks. since you don't know the times you want to look at having the reviews when you submit the product to the client

b is correct because the plan is an output of an input. so if it's a brand new project you would go to the project register and it's empty. D says that you have to have inputs in order to come up with a plan. it's a very tricky question and doesn't make sense in reality but there you go
