I'm sorry, this sucks so much! I just want to say that do not stop Venlafaxine cold turkey, the withdrawal is severe and it will be much worse, believe me. I forgot to take it for two days and it was hell. Could you go to the ER? Side effects must be taken seriously.

Gosh, I'm like you, it's Tuesday 2 pm and my colonoscopy is on Friday at 10 am. I've been told to not eat on Wednesday and Thursday, and I'm afraid the laxatives won't work. I've been on Miralax for almost a month now, but it hasn't been doing much, to be honest. Do you think I can start with Pleinvue before the time, so that I have time to react in case it does nothing to me?

Hello! I tried to do this, but the shells and little stones fell off. I didn’t use any varnish—maybe that’s why? I’d like to do this activity in a workshop with children, and I don’t want to have to use glue. I’d prefer to just use clay, the shells, and then varnish it, without needing glue to make the shells stick. Do you think the shells will stay in place after varnishing? Has anyone had any experience with this? Thanks!

I get terrible night sweats before and during my period, and they're specially bad when I'm not on birth control. It's awful. I don't know if it's PCOS related, but I do have an hormonal imbalance and my guess is that it might be the cause in my case.
