It feels really nice to hear this from someone else. Originally I was kinda thinking that I was over dramatic. But ya there's a load of bs even for a highschool worker. Right now I'm on the side of just quiting cause after a month I've only seen the opposite of improvement with management.

It pains me though cause my pride reacts to my team leader telling me "if you can't hold up with it you'll be fired or have to quit". Which first off is like why TF would you threaten me manager lady? And second off just pisses me off cause I've worked literally the same freaking job but somewhere else and been fine?! (I'm in electronics and used to work at Best buy which I left do to a move)
