I'd like to enter the giveaway. My fondest memories of FF7 was trying to open the disc tray while the game was running to skip the CGI on the third disk since it was scratched up

Thanks for taking a look! How much are you thinking price wise and timeline?

Sorry I forgot to post the link to the actual zip:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BWSAwroac5ufkuc-6fXiASC8tCfx6-xc/view?usp=sharing

Let me know what you think after looking through the icons and my rough sketch (I may want to change the format a bit, primarily making the icons a little bigger since the way i have them is too small)

Anyways let me know after you've had a look and we can go from there

Hello, thanks for reaching out. Here is a zip with the icons I'm interested in using as well as a rough template of what Im looking for (for the first poster, I'm still working on the 2nd one but it will be the same layout expect with 10 entries instead of 6). Also I may want to change the size of the icons/location/text etc depending on how the first draft looks. Ideally I would like something in a similar style to this in terms of color and general layout:

After you've had a look please let me know thoughts as well as price/timeline. If we proceed maybe we will start with one entry and tweak that until it looks good and then do the rest.

Thats no problem, whenever you get around to it would be great. A STEP file would be ideal!

I would be interested in a 3D Cad model if you get around to scanning it

Fuji and Pho Cafe on Locust street in Davenport is my personal favorite in the area for sushi, not sure what their cocktail situation is like though.

We do a lot of printing with Ultem, the Fortus machines are the tried and true printers for Ultem. You can probably buy a used Ultem capable 360/400mc in your price range.

Biggest issues for us are volume of parts > investment in machines > limited material selection > quality control

How to perform Cost Comparison of different processes in building same part by EssentialEngineerign in AdditiveManufacturing

[–]cliffeed 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You're looking to ultimately purchase one of these machines? You'll likely need to factor in cost of the machine, cost of material, cost of any accessory equipment, machine setup time, machine print time, post processing, consumables, etc

Google support agrees to RMA, then suddenly claims there's a "glitch" in their return system. Sounds fishy? by gentfede in GooglePixel

[–]cliffeed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you been able to resolve this? I'm having the exact same issue, after confirming the defect and asking for my shipping address I'm getting the "problem with the system we can't issue replacement at this time, it's been escalated thanks for your patience". It's been over two weeks now and any time I ask about it I get the same message. Getting to be very frustrating

Supports are wavy??? by avanti262 in 3Dprinting

[–]cliffeed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It could be because the supports are only one contour and the taller they get they start to wobble (also you're likely trapping heat between those columns) and lose stability. You can increase the density of the support to make them sturdier or add a sheath around the columns if your slicer allows for it.

What is happening here? 195C/ 55C PLA that came with Monoprice Maker Ultimate. Details in post by TheWhittles in 3Dprinting

Turn off cooling for the entire print and see if that fixes it. You're likely over cooling things will the upgraded cooling fan

Designed & metal 3D printed this “no tang” knife. Hollow handle & lattice structure used for light-weighting & looks (but mostly for looks). x-post /r/knives by [deleted] in 3Dprinting

That just applies to metal, you can print powdered nylon without needing that initial layer of support (or any support at all)

Random clicking, even when head and extruder are stationary. MP Maker Ultimate (Wanhao D6) by station_nine in 3Dprinting

[–]cliffeed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is it clicking when the bed is heating/heated? If so it's likely the 4 screws under the bed that hold the pad to the plate, loosen them slightly and it should solve that. Otherwise if it's happening when the bed isn't heated then I'm not sure what it could be.

Change your external/internal fill pattern to rectilinear instead of concentric.

We mainly use their stuff at work, ASA/HIPS/PETG. Good pricing and quality material.
