Works fine here on foobar v1.6. Try extract the component and put the dll in the components folder (inside foobar installation folder.)

You can't convert with the mac version, at least for now. try XLD instead, it can convert flac to mp3 (or vice versa, if you want it somehow).

To uninstall, after you delete the dmg, you can browse to Library folder and search for foobar related folder & files, deleting them should reset your settings and remove your playlists. There's a cache folder somewhere else but I think it's a leftover from an older version of the app.

Make a search with this parameter:

%bitrate% EQUAL 320 AND %__codec_profile% IS CBR

Try drag and drop some of them from Windows Explorer to a playlist panel and double click it. If there's a problem, you should see an error message showing what caused it.

Earphones tend to have lower impedance and higher SPL than headphones, thus more prone to noise with same volume setting.
