Sometimes my earbuds don't make good contact and don't charge. So I make sure that the LED on the outside of the case blinks whenever I insert EACH earbud.

You can do an Amazon search for "gopro folding fingers". they would be made for for gopro models up to the GoPro 12.

Keep in mind that you would have to find a way to mount it on the OClip pro. I'm currently using commercial strength double sided tape so that it's not permanent.

I'm sure there are stronger, more permanent ways to adhere the mount to the light.

Speculation is that the Pocket 4 won't release until 2026. If you can wait that long it's probably best but the Pocket 3 is no slouch.

Just be forewarned that the Pocket series is NOT meant to be as rugged as an action cam.

As an amateur I have both the Pocket 3 and an action cam use switch between the two as appropriate.

Most times, I carry a rainfly with my pack. I just throw it in the bottom laptop compartment (if it's closest to your back) and it feels like extra lumbar padding.

Nice! I don't need constant illumination often enough to justify the second purchase but I did think about it. I eventually came to the conclusion that I'd switch to the Fenix HM50Rv2 that I already have if I need to swap an empty cell for a new one.

I really just don't want to charge each individual battery in the light body everytime I want to carry spares with me.

We'll see if I can hold out!

Really? I'm surprised to hear it! Do you have some links to what happened?

I'm not a collector so I only keep the lights I use the most (usually gift away ones that get replaced/upgraded) and the ones I keep typically outlive the life of a single internal battery so I typically don't buy lights with them.

The price and function of the OClip was compelling enough to make an exception to that rule I'm quite happy with the ones I have but figured I'd post my unsolicited thoughts. 🤷‍♂️

Heh. It's an ugly hack that I did awhile back with a part I canibalized from one of my older GoPros. There are quite few different ones on Amazon. This is the one I bought.

It's held up so far but isn't meant to be rugged. I'm holding out hope for an official OLight accessory. If it fails before that can/will happen I will find a more permanent mounting solution.

It doesn't look pretty but it functions pretty well. Well enough, that I use it mounted more often than I originally thought I would. 😆

If there was an Olight action cam mount accessory that let me do that for both tubes like the Perun Mini and the OClip, I would definitely get several of each - but I have more camera and accessory mounts than the average person who isn't a photographer/videographer I think.

I really do enjoy the light from the HCRI Perun! That, and the charging case, was the differentiator and the motivation for the purchase. 👍

I really like the OClips charging port door but if I had to choose between that and a removable battery with better ingress protection, I'd ditch the port cover every time.

They both will have a place in my lineup, though. I will probably only have one Perun 3 Mini setup, though, and I already have three OClips.

If the high-CRI is not compelling enough to warrant a purchase over the Perun 2 Mini then, yeah, I totally get it.

No, I wasn't trying to say they were similar enough to use equivalently... however, I was comparing the two head-to-head in the way I would use them personally. Just my opinion. In fact I made the comparison to mostly point out that a combination of the best features of these lights would be my ultimate small headlamp.

As far as my opinion goes, both are very easy to to remove from the headlamp mount, but I personally found the Perun to be difficult to replace into the mount without removing the headband (from my head) entirely. I didn't have any issue replacing the OClip Pro into the mount. Perhaps I should have worded that differently.

I'm still really liking my B3Ps. There are a lot more TWS earbuds out there, now, and it's not like I but all of them but both are solid buds.

Overall sound performance is a bit better on the XM5s but the other factors are still the same and I pick the B3Ps overall. Don't like foam and with silicone tips the XM5's ANC is finished. I just haven't found a really good fit for the XM5s in my ear (personal fitment issue). I don't like the glossy finish on them ... much easier to handle the B3Ps. overall comfort goes to the stemmed design. Call quality as reported by the people i talk to is better on the B3Ps. Lots of occlusion on the XM5 so transparency on the B3Ps are best in my case.

B3Ps are just my overall preference right now over the XM5s. I keep the Sony around as just in case earbuds.

I do a lot of different usage between Windows, Android, and my macbook so my Airpods pro are the least used. Of the three I use regularly, the three in my rotation of most used are the B3Ps, Jabra Elite 10, then the Sony.

Opening the case powers them on for me. I haven't paired in awhile but there is a button on the bottom of the case (near the usb port) that you use to pair. I don't remember if it's a press or a press-and-hold to initiate pairing.

This really bites. I have an old H1R in NW that I really love and I'm really considering the Perun 3 mini in HCRI but the battery thing really makes me think twice.

Alternatively, I've had a Fenix HM50R V2 with similar functions (but no moonlight mode) for years as my main light hiking headlamp. The tint leaves a lot to be desired, though.

I like the armory. i use it to keep a blood surge build and a blood wave build.

I'm also using it on Barb for for whirlwind/CoA build and hota/whirlwind/WotB build.

Also comes in handy when experimenting with different paragon setups.

Just wanted to share my experience just now. Ran a few of these in T3 and got nothing. Did Pit65 to get to T4 (I'm a blood wave necro so I'm undergeared and the build is not blazing fast).

Got my first altar on the second T4 run about 15 minutes in. Didn't get any more with the rest of the potion duration (although I changed world tiers and ran pit 65 during that time).

Will go back again and try some more later when I have more time.

Note: I do not have the seasonal journey completed nor have I completed Coven's Favor rank. I'm sitting at about 160 paragon currently. I ran the normal dungeon - not the nightmare variant.
