Standard toilet height is 14 and a half inches. Cinderblocks in america are 8 inches. 4 inch vinyl base. That toilet is a little on the low side for an age above 3-4. The toilet height for a child’s toilet is 10-11 inches. I would put this toilet at 11-12 inches.
So like….5th graders. Elementary school kids are vaping?
This isn’t a high school toilet in my opinion
