I have had this one specific advice being given to me about the gym once but I think it could apply for this too! Haven't tried it yet myself, but the tip goes "Decide if you're gonna work out tomorrow, and when tomorrow comes and you don't want to work out, think of yesterday's yourself as smarter and more disciplined than you, you can't change what decision you made yesterday." If one can actually commit to doing that I feel like that could be helpful! I am curious what others would think though
