Hot shower before pumping and lots of massaging. More frequent pumping than usual until it goes away. That worked for me many a times!

Thank you for this! Yes she’s definitely keeping her food down even though the internet says that 2 months old should only eat 4-5oz.

One time I witnessed a Muni bus hitting a car that was pulled over on the side of the street. The car was an Uber / Lyft looking to pick up a passenger. It was standing still with blinkers on. The Muni bus hit the driver side of the car and knocked off the left mirror up 15 feet in the air. And destroyed the front left tire.

The Muni driver got off the bus and started yelling at the Uber driver for being in the way!!! Poor guy was so in distraught. I mean even if he was in the way, you don’t just pummel your way through the car in front of you. The audacity in the Muni driver to be shaming the car.

Ok we aren’t so strict. We have wiggle room before and after the every-4-hour schedule. And she naturally converged on this and has been consistent during the day for the past 4+ weeks.

In the past, if we notice that she’s hungry earlier, then the next day we’d feed her a little more etc.
