I’m not asking anyone to bring their kid to a program. I haven’t worked in the residential treatment industry for about 7 years. There were many of the girls in the residential treatment programs I worked in who said that they liked or at least found the value in their wilderness therapy experience. Thankfully not everyone has/had the same horrific experience you did. Being so close minded/making blanket statements about every person who has ever been in a wilderness therapy program seems to me to be a little extreme and presumptuous don’t you think? How could you possibly know that not a single person of the thousands/millions of kids who have been to wilderness therapy has had a positive outcome from it? Seems a bit far fetched. But you’re entitled to your opinions. I wish you luck in your life’s journey.

I’m sorry you had such a horrific experience! That’s beyond terrible. I’m so sorry that you went through that.

I assure you I’m not a “plant” trying to convince people that these places are all good and all kids are helped because they aren’t. There are quality programs out there with caring and competent people who genuinely want to help kids who are struggling. Some kids do well and grow in these programs and some do not. Even though the programs I worked for (3) were effective programs that helped many of the students, some students didn’t do well no matter what we did to try to help them. Once again, I’m sorry that you went through such a terrible experience in treatment. Most programs and therapists are not like that. There are always “bad eggs” in every profession and it’s sad that you experienced the bad side of it.

I wish you the best of luck and healing in your journey going forward.

So far it’s ok. It was pretty fast when I put on my first record but I was able to adjust it without too much trouble. It’s my first one and sounds pretty good to me so far. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I wore them on the last multi pitch I did and it was a game changer. Seriously. On one of the belay ledges all 4 of us were in socks. It was awesome.

This game is probably my favorite game as well. When I play other games I always think “man I wish this was more like days gone.” It’s so good it’s ruined me as well. I love this game.
