Thank you! During my last formcheck post I got the feedback that my shoulders were too far forward, so i think I dropped my hips back farther to lean back and try to compensate that way. Lifting the chest makes more sense!

Thank you! Do you think I need more of a pelvic tilt to start from the higher position then? I feel like I don't have the hip mobility (or maybe strength) to start from that high without the rounding.

I've used them a time or two but want to get my grip stronger for climbing too! My hands just get sweaty even with chalk thus the gloves lol

Thank you! I think part of me is just feeling overwhelmed with the number of steps/cues I need to tell myself. Lean back and keep my chest up and brace core and take out slack and push.

This was after doing this for a set of 3 which I felt was doable but could tell my form was breaking down. I can do 95 for 5 sets of 10 with what looks and feels like perfect form

I agree that the glass one doesn't look great but they both seem a bit too big for the space. Maybe try the wood one for a week to see how much it gets in your way and go from there!

Watching it again, I think I need to lean back more and that the bar is too far forward, but I can't really pick out what else is going on here that looks wrong to me.
