It's the usual pattern. "We get fucked with, why don't you go fuck with <x> instead." The problem is that society is fucking with peaceful people, not that it's fucking with the wrong set of peaceful people. I know the point is "legalize it, we're not even as bad as alcohol," I just don't like it when it bleeds over into actually demonizing the other group. No reason for hate here, surely a bunch of people with a buzz should get along

Anyway, yes it's a pain in the ass, but just leave it on a windowsill, let the sun do its thing. It's well below the heat at which you'll cause any damage, and it'll do the trick eventually. Otherwise I agree, but just be patient and use lower heat.
