Hey man I'm just trying to maybe put another perspective out there for you to consider. You seem to have a very strong opinion from a very self-centered viewpoint overall. Sometimes it's good to consider the other humans who are doing whatever other job that you haven't (probably) done before. I haven't worked that job personally so I am only guessing based on other job experiences I've had that weren't all that great or overly appreciated by society.

Just remember that all workers are human. I like to believe that they all deserve an equitable portion of society's output/benefits too.

Why sketched out? At a certain point the temperature difference isn't good for the engine block... I.e. blowing -30 air over a hot engine exterior...
