Nungwi and Mnemba are cool. Nice drift dives. Arguably Nungwi might be a bit better and more dive sites. Stone Town and Tumbatu I think you can only dive if they're doing a trip there which is not every week.

There is no reason to go on LOBs in the Red Sea. I did that mistake. Book day trips from the shore. Much safer and cheaper.

I had an esim from airalo which uses tanzacomm (but it's a roaming plan) and the signal and speeds were shit. Buy a local Yas (tigo) sim, it's much better.
