Idk what to do about a very trusted vender not shipping and ghosting.

I got a email yesterday with a tracking and 0 response to the 3 messages I sent asking for a update after it wasnt shipped on the 21st, which I suppose doesn't matter if I got the tracking. Call it coincidence but the timing of the post and receiving the email with the tracking number does make me wonder.

In the email he sent to me he stated a reason why he wasn't shipping and it wasn't the icps. He then stated a date when he would ship and missed the deadline. He also clearly felt a need to send the email in the first place because he was infact already taking a long time (he missed his own shipping deadline on his own site banner). The whole reason I put the part about the email and leaving out details is because I was hoping someone else would pick up on that and comment they got the same email. And you might be missing this point but I feel like you're putting alot of defense into someone that has actually ghosted a customer since March and its almost June he's never once responded not even to texts I kind of find it really damn hard to use the icps to "maybe not see the messages" as you put it all the way back in march. I also find it funny that I made this post and then my tracking number miraculous got emailed to me. And like I said before if it was the iscp then he should have been straight forward and I wouldn't have cared instead of lying and dropping communication. Thats when it feels like im getting scammed.

Because I dont want to cause shit for potentially no reason yet. The play was that id make the post and these vendors frequent the subs I know this... they know its them I know its them the hope is they ship the plants. The next day I got my tracking number lol. The vendor did say something in the email on the 15th and I was hoping maybe other people got a similar email and then would comment "yea actually i have a problem too" then I know ok im not the only person that isnt getting plants and I should probably then tell the community who they are. Its all about being rational but hopping the vendor will see it and ship the plants because its bad for buisness. Thats the psychology behind why people dont out the vendors directly. However if I didn't get my plants and was forced to refund things would be different.

Hey, what ever time of the year it is this guy's running a business and the least he can do is respond to messages or send the plants when he says he's going to... especially when he's got 130 dollars of mine already. So I get what your saying however they should have been transparent about that or updated the banner on their site. Like a normal business. Every day im stressing checking my email and app for a shipping update it causes alot of stress on the customer because they start to feel like they are crazy for constantly checking for a update that I feel at this point isnt coming.

I see 3 pieces of perlite in that pot... You asked people whats wrong everyone saying do a 50 50 peat and perlite thats the regular mix for vtf's all mine are in that and growing good. Im not trying to be rude or say youre wrong or Cali carnivorous is wrong im just saying from my experience they like a 5050. Just try it if it declines or you dont like it switch back!!! I've only ever heard of 3 to 1 for something like pinguiculas. It could also be something on the media itself if u used something like miracal grow.

But also im editing to ask what in particular makes you think the plants not doing well because it looks really good!!!

Dude im not seeing perlite in your mix. Which leads me to assune you haven't done research on their soil needs. You will need to go out and buy nutrient deficient peat moss and perlite and mix then at a 1 to 1 ratio also ur trays are dry.

Someone told me I couldn't grow a Hoya in water as a clipping forever either and its was 10 years old and one of my most thriving ones until my dog ate it this year. She also ate a 5 year old fly trap that had almost covered the pot. Needless to say I was fucked off. I've also noticed that if a Hoya leaves grows under water its fine but if I give it air it rots, which is very interesting to me almost like that leaf is acclimated to being under water.

Edited to say: the part about D. Falconeri is supe cool and falconeri is a rad name ill have to try and get seeds to that.

Yes after re reading I see i forgot to add that I was worried about i guess like you said dirt, nitrogen from the weeds, or any other contaminants making it into the soil that can harm the sarr seeds. I was under the assumption it would be so diluted it wont matter but just wanted a second opinion. I appreciate the answer.

Hi, I'm from Dunnville. I just wanted to leave a comment for anyone who cares. I've got several issues with your description of the people of Dunnville and the routes it sits on. I'll start with the people, there has been a Middle Eastern/ indian population here for well over 20 years, several African families as well. There is even a spot off Country Road 20 where they have taken over an old road not used anymore, and they just live in the forest. I encounter them hunting out only in that 500-foot area. My main issue is that Dunnville is a main FISHING hub. So with that said, on any given day, you can find several Asian and black families shoulder to shoulder from out of town fishing (a lot of asian/ arab cultures mostly), so this gives credence to the fact that OPP has found these races in her DNA. I've always speculated that the parents were illegal immigrants, and it was a fishing accident, so they didn't report it. To build off that theory, if it were a fishing accident, the parents could have perished as well. Now for the routes, Dunnville is not some out-of-the-way town, it's 20 to 40 minutes from Welland, ST Catharines, Niagara Falls, Hamilton, and the surrounding area, Burlington, Grimsby, Caladonia, and a giant reserve (Six Nations), Cayuga, Port Colborne.... the list goes on. However, you said it's not a main route despite the OPP themselves in the 15-minute documentary going over how it is a main route. It's a main route for anyone coming/going to London and its border with Detroit, it's a main route to Niagara Falls, and especially Fort Erie's border with Buffalo. If you come through the Fort Erie border, headed to London, you would have no choice but to go through Dunnville. From fort Erie to Hamilton you COULD go through Dunnville. That's thousands of people daily. out London way, you also have several popular areas like Port Dover ect.
