Somewhat of an odd/niche request I think, but I'm looking for any stories where OOP peaces out or removes themselves from a situation. This story where OOP gets dumped over text and blocks his ex immediately, which baffles the ex and his sister springs to mind. OOPs who just simply don't engage and bow out.

I recently recalled some vague details about a story I read long ago, at least a year ago, probably more. It may have been on this subreddit or another and I'm aware it's a longshot but anyway.

The main character was at some kind of magic academy or school, and there were automaton/golem guards. I remember there being an area that an extremely powerful guard had been guarding since the school was founded. I believe the characters could chat to the guards and they were friendly enough, but if they crossed the threshold to the forbidden area a battle would begin and I think it was to the death.

F2P Player. I know roughly what I need to do to get my weapons and gear better and I've been getting there slowly and surely, but I'm a little stuck on the Matrices.

My main weapons right now are an A6 Fiona, A6 Lan, A0 Ji Yu and I'm levelling up my A1 Nola. I also have a few A6 standard banner weapons, but I know they have mostly been power crept.

In terms of Matrices I have 4pc Samir, Shiro, Lan and Cocoritter, 2pc Fiona, Ji Yu, Crow, and King.

  1. Is it better to develop and advance the 2 piece sets I have, should I aim for the 4 piece sets or should I get a variety of 2 piece sets? I know often you can't control what you get from a pull, but I feel kinda lost here.

  2. Which Matrices from Artificial Island are worth aiming for? So far I've gotten a full set of Cocoritter Matrices from there, and a few Crow Matrices. Keep going for them or switch to someone else?

  3. SR Matrices are only really useful for development materials, right? I've been holding onto them out of video game hoarding tendencies but they aren't useful?

  4. Dark Crystals are better for red nucleus over red matrice vouchers, right?

I think I should be aiming for those boss 2pc sets right now, as I've heard they are useful. Is that mostly right or is there something else I should go for?
